We will use a holistic approach to your health, considering physical, social, and emotional wellness. We will work at your pace, and I will challenge you to dig deeper. Every client comes to therapy with a unique background, I create a nonjudgmental space to talk about your story. My approach to therapy pulls mostly from CBT, person-centered, and psychodynamic theories. This means that we will spend time looking into your past to understand how you have become the person you are. I have experience working with individuals who have symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, autism, body-image concerns, depression, OCD, Insomnia, grief, low self-esteem, life transition, relationship and family issues, and addiction.
