I am NOT currently accepting new clients. Having worked in adult community mental health for 20 years, I've had the privilege to counsel clients with a range of diagnoses, including dual diagnosis/co-occurring disorders, substance use disorders, PTSD/trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and serious mental illness. I am bilingual in both English and Spanish and work solely with adults. As part of the LGBTQ+/queer community, I am passionate about working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. My therapeutic style includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I strive to meet clients on their journey and help them grow towards becoming the person they desire to be.
