I have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relational issues, trauma, and I am trained in EMDR. I take special interest in working with college students/young adults struggling with Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge-Eating Disorder, and OSFED. I value each person's unique perspective, and would be honored to walk along side you in your journey! My approach to therapy is person-centered, and based in family systems. I work from a trauma-informed stance and use an attachment lens. I aim to provide an empathetic, non-judgmental environment for my clients, and focus on strengths and resources to aid in change. I like to incorporate experiential techniques, mindfulness, and psychoeducation in my work. My goal is to empower my clients to make lasting changes in their lives and relationships. I enjoy helping clients gain insight into themselves and their families, and try to find some humor in life's challenges throughout the therapeutic process.
