About

My practice is informed by my eclectic educational background, eastern and indigenous teachings, and the body’s innate sense of wisdom. I consider myself to be a warm, grounding individual, and am here to learn from you and walk with you on your mental health journey. I have learned a great deal about the ‘mind-body split’ and the reality that modern therapy often leaves the body and spirit out of the picture, much to our detriment. I work with clients to begin building relationships with their bodies, nervous systems, and greater selves, with the goal of increased coping skills, embodiment, resiliency and neuroplasticity.

I draw from an array of modalities including somatic therapy, ACT, IFS, attachment theory, polyvagal theory, and IPT. I offer an open-mind and creative approaches based on each unique client. I work with young adults and adults. I specialize in Anxiety and Depression, Regulation Skills, Boundaries, Codependency, People-Pleasing, Spirituality, and more.

In our work together, I also aim to address external/environmental barriers that may be keeping you from accessing rest, healing, and stability. I offer a multi-systemic lens and understanding that most of us are doing our best given our circumstances. I currently have a waitlist but please feel free to reach out with inquiries. I look forward to connecting!
