About

Since 2009, Alison Strycker has taken a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, focusing on identifying and cultivating her clients strengths. Alison creates a safe, supportive environment where clients can process and heal without judgment. She is passionate about working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relational problems and trauma, and she is experienced working with individuals, families and couples experiencing difficult periods in their lives.

Therapy looks different for everyone, and Alison will work with you to find the best approach to help you reach your goals. Alison earned her master s of science in counseling from Mount Mary College and is a licensed professional counselor with a substance abuse speciality LPC-SAS .

In her free time, Alison enjoys spending time in nature with family and friends, tapping into her creative side and traveling.
