There are times when life's circumstances can feel like too much to handle. Whether it be the birth of a child, a divorce, a new marriage, or whatever your current situation is, it is common to feel overwhelmed. I have a passion for being a resource in those moments. We can also get stuck in patterns of behaviors that we have learned throughout our lives and become frustrated. My approach is to help you identify these patters, and work to overcome them. I can help in difficult times and walk beside you while you overcome the obstacles in your life.
