About

Relieving symptoms of depression, anxiety, or other concerns is a primary focus of treatment. I strive to educate clients on these symptoms and work with them to minimize their effect on their lives, relationships and ability to reach goals. I'm able to evaluate a client's relationship with drugs and alcohol and uncover if their use of substances contributes to stress in their life and relationships. I find that an individualized plan is ideal and this may involve individual, group, family/couples care or a combination of options. I have 20+ years in practice and can offer that experience to you and your family.

I have extensive experience working with parenting and relationship issues and I am able to utilize both therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral or Motivational therapies as well as mediation interventions to achieve more peace within a client's relationship systems. I can service traditional as well as non-traditional or separated families/couples.

I can work collaboratively with your insurance plan as a contracted or as a non-contracted provider, check with your insurance company to review coverage. In the event that insurance will not reimburse, a self pay payment plan can be arranged. List below doesn't indicate network status. Payments due at the time of service.
