We can feel "stuck" when our life doesn't match our truest desire & hope for ourselves. I believe with some support & guidance, we can explore obstacles we face, expand our view of possible solutions, develop action plans with goals & diligently move forward toward our best selves. In this Hero's Journey, we can learn more about who we are & who we want to be. Values & dreams can be clarified. We can expand to become more full-hearted & full-spirited. While my work with you won't focus on a mental health diagnosis, we may explore anxiety and depression. We will intentionally examine the wisdom your past life experiences hold, mindfully connect them with your present life, and visualize a way forward toward an optimistic future life. This is your work and it is my honor to support you in this process. I also offer Psychedelic Integration. With over 1,000 hrs experience in this novel pathway, I am gratified to help explore your journey & see how it may be useful in your life. I also work with clients pursuing recovery from substance abuse & codependency. I have personal & professional experience in these realms & bring a perspective you may find affirming.
