About

I work with a diverse array of clients, including active and retired military, police, and other first responders, as well as victim/survivors of trauma, chronic illness, substance use, and the LGBTQ+ population. I have skills for the variety of concerns that my populations encounter, including, complex PTSD, trauma, severe anxiety, adjustment, re-integration, communication, TBI/ABIs, phobias, substance use, and mood dysregulation. Most importantly, I work with clients that come how they are, how they can, and with everything they have.

My theoretical approach is eclectic and is implemented to meet your individualized needs. I am an EMDR trained and somatic informed therapist. I often utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT skills, somatic experiencing, mindfulness, and other evidenced-based techniques to allow you to feel, express, and overcome the difficulties you are currently facing.

If you can’t communicate how you’re feeling, if you don’t remember how to feel, if you aren’t certain where to start, or if you don’t really want to talk about it, you just want to start; welcome. Reach out, ask questions, get information; even if I am not a good fit for you, let’s find someone that is! You're already here, might as well send that email.
