About

I work with children, adolescents, and adults to navigate their experiences with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and life transitions through a multicultural and trauma-informed lens. I have experience working with women experiencing grief, domestic violence, and spiritual concerns. I believe therapeutic growth takes place when we begin to look within at our innermost thoughts, feelings, and desires. My psychodynamic approach will allow us to directly address your inner challenges and conflicts that have been causing suffering in your life in the context of a safe, supportive, and accepting therapeutic relationship.

I am committed to providing a warm, collaborative, and empathetic space for each person to comfortably explore their thoughts and feelings to gain insight into their behaviors, patterns, and relational concerns. My approach is client-centered, as I believe you are the expert of your own life in the therapeutic process.

Together we can work to create goals specific to your needs, understand the ways your early experiences have influenced your current beliefs and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others. “Your vision will become clear only when you look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.” – Carl Jung
