About

Hi, I'm Alicia. I work with people navigating life's ups and downs, helping them sort through emotions, rebuild connections, and find peace with where they are right now. My goal is to provide support and guidance, empowering you to feel more balanced and connected. Whether you're facing stress, life transitions, or challenges in your relationships, I'm here to help you take small, meaningful steps forward.

Family is at the heart of what I do—it’s my foundation and why I strive to grow and change in my life. The relationships we build with others—and ourselves—can drive healing and transformation. I offer both family and individual counseling, creating a safe, affirming space, especially for the LGBTQIA+ community, where everyone can explore their true selves.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy hiking, reading, traveling, gardening, and taking walks. I love spending time with friends and making bouquets from flowers I grow. Gardening teaches patience, nurturing, and care—a beautiful metaphor for life. Just as plants need time and attention to thrive, we also need kindness and care on our paths to well-being.
