I specialize in helping clients with their Mental Health needs, Trauma, Substance Abuse, grief & loss, and relationship issues. I have found many concerns brought to therapy can be a result of unresolved pain or unhealthy copings strategies from the past. With my various therapeutic trainings I am able to assist clients in finding the best pathway for their needs. I have been working in the Mental Health and Substance Abuse field for over 10 years. With my dual credentials as an LPC and LCDC I am able to help clients with the core issues impacting their well-being. I am trained in several therapeutic techniques to include CBT, EMDR, CPT, WET, TF-CBT, & MRT. Seeking therapy is not always easy for some people. I ask anyone questioning engagement in therapy to consider how it could possibly benefit them. I pass no judgement. My goals are my client's goals.
