Hello! My name is Ali and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I specialize in a wide range of trauma work including things like childhood victimizations, sexual assault, domestic violence, and grief. I utilize trauma focused CBT, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and use a person-centered approach to tailor to my clients specific needs. I believe that everyone has the right to heal in a safe, compassionate, and empowering environment. I carry out therapy sessions with a nonjudgemental lens, and consistent support for my clients. I believe that everyone heals on their own timeline, so our sessions will be personalized to meet your needs. I am currently working with clients 18 and up. My therapeutic approach is warm, open, and welcoming to all the ups and downs life brings us. it is a safe space for all. I know that the thought of therapy and opening up to process wounds is incredibly scary and challenging, so I will help guide you through all it all.
