Are you in need of some "Me Time"? Perhaps you are experiencing work-related stress, school-related stress, or increased responsibilities and conflicts within your family or social settings. Maybe you're a professional caregiver or family caregiver and trying to find a healthy work/life balance to decrease frustrations and burnout. No matter which category you fall into it can sometimes become overwhelming to say the least. You exert so much time and energy giving and being kind to others, which is great! I'm for it! But, listen up, "DON'T JUST BE KIND TO OTHERS, BE KIND TO YOURSELF"! In other words, self-care is important too. I offer individual, couple, and family therapy in my office and online for your convenience. I am skilled in treating anxiety, depression, and stress due to major life transitions. I also enjoy working with professional and family caregivers as I wear this hat daily. I hope to transform lives through inspiring self-awareness, self-care, and self-love. If you have ever traveled by plane you might recall the flight attendant's message during demonstration. The part about the oxygen mask and if you are traveling with a child or someone who requires assistance, you are advised to secure your mask first, and then assist the other person. Well, I'm here to help you work towards "A Healthier You". Win! Win!
