Have you ever felt like your life is like a never ending marry-go-round? Or questioned your ability to weather the challenge you might currently be facing? Having one foot in the past and the other swimming in fear of what the future may hold, the present moment can feel much out of your control. Please know you are worthy of living a fulfilling life; pursing your dreams and goals — that at times, may feel unattainable. I would be honored to have the opportunity to be apart of your recovery journey to health, healing and happiness. I am passionate about working with adults who struggle with codependency; prioritizing another person’s needs and/or behaviors (substance use, gambling, pornography, etc.) at the cost of their own. Together, we can work to learn tools to help you heal and feel in control of your life. I also provide clinical supervision for those working towards licensure. Clients have expressed appreciation for my down-to-Earth, non-judgmental and when necessary, direct style. I believe rapport is fundamental to a successful therapeutic relationship in developing trust. You have taken the first step in seeking support and I commend you!
