Do you struggle with strong emotions that are hard to describe? Or, do you struggle with the complete absence of emotions? Do you feel misunderstood by society or the people in your life? Do you feel like you are not living in your best self that you can be? I specialize in helping clients who struggle with these very issues. I help clients understand and communicate emotions, thoughts, and ideas. I help guide clients in embracing their true identities so they can live their best lives. I can do online and in person therapy. I strive to help clients holistically through dialectical behavioral therapy, along with person-centered approaches, relational cultural approaches, and art therapy. Although these consist of my main approaches, I employ various treatment modalities based on my clients’ unique needs and preferences. I am passionate about working with marginalized individuals and communities, as well as providing support for diverse populations in every aspect of my life. I hope to continue to build on my past experience of working with individuals who identify as a part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
