About

Whether you are in a new phase of life, have been “doing fine” for as long as you can remember, or are searching for an more in touch sense of self, I am committed to support you along every step of the way. Therapy sessions with me equal creating a space to be authentically YOU (with jokes, tears, and anything in between!), feeling safe + cozy, and connecting with someone who understands you. I strive to create a genuine connection with each person sitting across from me. Being able to provide a sense of stability, a place for healing, and empowering others to be their best self is an incredibly rewarding experience.

I am an LGBTQ+ advocate and passionate about helping folks with navigating through gender, sexual, and identity issues. I also love working with teens and young adults from various backgrounds. I believe the context behind how you got to where you are today is very important, even if it isn’t the main focus of the sessions!

Reaching out can be a huge task in and of itself. I am dedicated to creating sessions with a “come as you are” policy. I would be honored to hear your story and help you navigate through life. If anything here resonates with you, please feel free to reach out. I look forwarding to meeting you soon!
