My philosophy is based on a client-centered approach with the use of cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused techniques, treating each client with specific needs and empowering clients through education. I received my BA from Santa Clara University and my MA in Psychology from Chapman University. My specializations include working with clients who suffer from issues related to substance abuse, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, relationship conflict, and familial discord. Ultimately, the goal is to assist clients in alleviating symptoms of a concerning issue and meeting their treatment goals. I believe therapy is a collaborative effort, using clients' strengths while also guiding them through education and introspection. Witnessing client change and growth is the most rewarding aspect of being a therapist for me.
