My clients tend to have a hard time maintaining healthy relationships. My ideal client seeks to better understand and communicate their emotional needs instead of shutting down, blowing up, or self-sabotaging. If you feel ashamed about how you've shown up in relationships, know that I'll never judge you. Instead, I'll challenge you to understand yourself, forgive yourself, and commit to real and meaningful change. I particularly enjoy working with men, including active/retired military and law enforcement, as they so often need help learning how to connect authentically with others. I have significant experience working with individuals who have caused harm to others. Specialty areas include infidelity, anger/aggression, domestic violence, and estranged parents. I frequently work with men who are new to therapy. I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy to address trauma and depression I strive to make therapy a place where you feel understood but also challenged, combining empathy, honesty, and authenticity with (slightly dark) humor. Because therapy only works if you trust and connect with your therapist, I offer a free intro session to decide if we're a good fit
