The typical therapist image might feel a bit outdated for today, and you might wonder if they really get what you’re going through. With me, therapy is compassionate, authentic, and realistic. I have faith that you are strong enough to explore into those neglected parts of you and allow them to be seen and held. As a relational and systemic therapist, we will work as a team to understand your place in the world and write a life story that taps into your power and potential. You'll have the opportunity to examine your culture and learned identity. With that information, we will transform what may seem like inescapable generational curses into a bright new future. I have worked in the mental health field since 2017 in a variety of settings and have helped individuals, couples, and families of different cultures and configurations to move away from living lives as if they are reciting lines in a story someone else wrote.
