I have current openings in my practice for adults in their 20s, 30s and 40s, marital and pre-marital couples who are experiencing anxiety, depression, experiences of trauma, problematic drug and alcohol use, and relational difficulties. I am part of a group practice, North Shore Psychotherapy, that is located in the Lakeview neighborhood. My priority is to create a non-judgmental space for my clients in which they feel safe and supported. Additional specialties: emerging adulthood, building self-confidence, significant life transitions, disordered eating patterns, and women's issues. Through this therapeutic experience, my goal is for my clients feel safe and secure to begin exploring stressors and developing the necessary tools to cope with a multitude of issues. I incorporate ACT/ DBT, mindfulness, Imago relational work, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, and narrative therapies into my practice. My approach to therapy is collaborative. We will work together to process the obstacles, whether past or present, that might be preventing you from living a fuller and more present life.
