About

Immediate openings for self-pay adult individuals! Those I work with may describe themselves as being self-critical, and as a result often experience anxiety, overwhelm, interpersonal stress, shame, or depression as they navigate their responsibilities. They might care so much about others or what is expected of them that they forget about their own needs, leading them to feel stuck or dissatisfied in their daily lives. Whether these are familiar experiences or you are navigating different challenges, I hope to offer a warm and compassionate space that is centered around you.

If you want to better understand and address the source of your concerns and begin to process your emotions, my approach may be of interest. In our work together, we will explore your experiences while gently noticing what comes up for you in our here-and-now therapy space. In this way, we may begin to heal the past by addressing it in the present.

I believe finding a good fit with your therapist is essential. Send me an email describing your concerns and we can find a time to discuss how my approach may work for you during a free 15-min introductory call. Reaching out is a significant step in seeking support, so know I see your efforts and respect your willingness to engage in this work.
