About

I am a licensed Psychologist and Certified Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) Provider working with adults struggling with stress and anxiety, career/work issues, work/personal life balance, and trauma and PTSD. I provide therapy that is solution-focused and research and evidence-based. My therapeutic approach is warm, accessible, collaborative, and flexible. In addition to my private practice, I serve as a part time research psychologist and the Associate Director of Education/Outreach at the Translational Center for Stress Disorders and Traumatic Brain Injury at the VA Boston in Jamaica Plain.

I received my PhD and MA from Boston College and my BA from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service. I completed my doctoral internship and fellowship through VA Boston with rotations in General Mental Health and Neuropsychology and appointments at BU School of Medicine and Harvard Medical School.

I strive for collaborative working relationships with clients to help meet individualized goals and increase life satisfaction. The idea of therapy can feel intimidating and the process of finding the right therapist can be frustrating. I am currently taking new patients and welcome your email/call to answer any questions or concerns you may have!
