I know that living with the effects of trauma, depression, anxiety and grief can feel hopeless and exhausting. I also know that beginning psychotherapy can feel scary. I hope to provide you with a space that feels warm, non-judgmental and hopeful. More importantly, I hope that my training and skill set can provide you with relief from what you have been living through. While I'm trained to support many types of distress, I specialize in trauma work. This includes PTSD, complex trauma, structural dissociation, depersonalization and derealization. I often utilize Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and EMDR to work with these issues. Psychotherapy can be both difficult and exciting. I find a lot of hope in knowing that the problems we experience in life are not random and that there is, often, a path to feeling better. I really enjoy getting to know new clients. If you reach out, we’ll plan an initial consult to discuss how I can best support you.
