I work with anxiety disorders (OCD, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, panic disorder, body dysmorphic disorder), depression and grief, addictions, trauma and attachment issues. Treatment for every individual is personalized. Depending on age and treatment needs, I find psychodynamic, ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), Child-Centered Play Therapy, along with other needed modalities for a better self. I have several years of experience working as a clinical assistant practicing exposure therapy, helping to treat people for OCD, social anxiety, and generalized anxiety. I have worked clinically providing child and family therapy for attachment issues and developmental trauma. I enjoy working with people of all ages who are seeking a facilitating environment I began my path towards counseling with mentoring youth while earning a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science. I then graduated from Adams State University with a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. My passion for psychology began as a young man drawn to theories of existentialism and an appreciation for the questions of meaning in life.
