I have passion and experience working with Parental Counseling, Trans Care, and Couples Counseling. I especially take pride in my work with clients who have had difficulty finding help elsewhere. I'm all about impowering individuals through a humanistic lens, putting a strong focus on clients' self-determination and expertise in shaping their lives. I bring in the latest cognitive behavioral techniques to create a dynamic and effective counseling experience. I am proud of the evidence-based, skill-based, and solution-focused approach to therapy.
