About

I work with a wide range of populations including neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients. My counseling philosophy is centered on a holistic approach that addresses life's challenges with self-compassion. I aim to deeply understand clients while giving them the information they need to understand themselves. From there, foster positive self-talk and esteem. Ultimately, I work to build resilience and create authentic connections in client's lives. We can identify important values and confront challenges with confidence and authenticity.

I help clients build strengths, and confront negative self-talk through compassion-focused techniques and psychoeducation. I also use EMDR to address traumas and underlying negative beliefs. Together, we'll cultivate self-compassion, challenge negative beliefs, and empower you to live your life.

You're not alone in your journey and I understand the complexities you face. Let's embark on this journey together—your story, your pace. Take the first step towards healing and self-discovery. Your voice matters, and I'm here to listen.
