About

I am a Licensed MFT who supports adults, couples, parents, and groups of friends invested in personal growth, developing stronger interpersonal relationships, and healing from trauma. I support clients who are very excited by new projects but can’t get their life organized, are hard on themselves and and have a strong inner critic, never feel happy or satisfied with their accomplishments, struggle to say no to others and REALLY dislike conflict, are stuck in cycles of conflict in relationships, spend hours engaging in rituals to try to soothe fears/anxieties, and those who desperately want to parent differently but don't know how. I support those struggling with ADHD, parenting, shame, perfectionism, challenges maintaining healthy relationships, and survivors who have experienced trauma. I use talk therapy and Brainspotting to help individuals heal from these experiences. Our conversations examine early life experiences in order to understand current behaviors and relational patterns.

My approach is collaborative. I follow your lead and sprinkle a bit of humor, knowledge, and my unique perspective in order to help you better understand the current behaviors and interpersonal patterns that keep repeating themselves. I invite you to contact me so we can learn more about each other and find out if we’d be a good fit to work with one another.
