Taking the first step can be scary. Come challenge yourself outside your comfort zone while thinking about yourself from within. Here at Appreciate the Trees Therapy we will utilize nature's healing abilities to help steer you in the direction you're looking for while creating healthy strategies to assist with decreasing any anxiety, depression, and/or other concerns that you may be experiencing. We will disconnect from technology and immerse ourselves into the trees, in order to rejuvenate our inner self. View 6 Photos We will incorporate the natural world around us during our session and explore building connections between ourselves and nature. We'll build on goals that you've established and locate ways to relieve pressures you may be feeling. We will practice mindfulness and deep breathing while using our senses to connect to nature. It can be very difficult to hold onto all of the pent-up emotions and feelings that you're experiencing. Nature has the ability to accept all of it. Come walk amongst the trees with me and we can venture together to learn how to cope with your emotions and feelings in a healthy, positive way.
