My goal is to create a space for us to work in therapy that nurtures vulnerability, curiosity, and compassion. I believe meaningful relationships are what helps us heal, so I focus on helping you develop more secure patterns of relating - to yourself and to your loved ones - so you can experience deeper connection and understanding. I completed a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Saint Mary’s University. I also have a master’s degree in Education and have previously worked with children and families as a teacher and as an Adult Mental Health Rehabilitation Service (ARMHS) provider. My work is grounded in a strengths-based and systemic approach. I believe we are made up of many parts that are all working to keep us safe and connected. I am passionate about helping people explore those parts and how they came to be, and gain insight into how they impact us in relationships, parenting, and daily life.
