In therapy with me, clients can expect a compassionate, supportive, non-judgmental approach. One of my priorities in the therapy room is to create a safe environment for individuals to make discoveries, gain clarity, and start the healing process. My specialty is in maternal mental health, including anxiety, depression and mood related issues during the perinatal period, infertility, loss, family planning and trauma related to pregnancy and/or delivery. I also work with individuals who experience a variety of other challenges, such as depression, anxiety, coping with difficult life transitions, and relational issues. Therapy is individualized and I utilize a humanistic approach integrating multiple modalities. My priority is to support clients in achieving their goals for therapy. I will help the client identify and develop their strengths in order to establish and maintain healthy patterns in their life that they can sustain outside of the therapy room.
