I have worked extensively for the past 15 years with individuals who have various mental health diagnosis. I enjoy working with families/couples in finding a resolve to the struggles we face daily as well as with children who are living with unresolved past traumas. I love working with children utilizing play therapy techniques and watch them begin their healing process. I offer EMDR for treating past traumas, anxiety and depression both with children and adults. Additionally, I offer online only affordable treatment subscriptions for those who don't have insurance or have catastrophic type insurance. Call office for details. I am currently writing a book on grief processing and have assisted many individuals through the grief process as well. I offer a twelve step approach to work through grief in one year. I believe in treating the whole person...body, soul (your mind, will and emotions) and spirit and will be happy to include your spirituality as part of your process to health and wellness.
