As a recovering perfectionist and people pleaser, I often work with women who struggle with the same things. These tendencies can be so helpful in life, but they can also get in the way of how you truly want to live your life. The clients I see often have challenges with boundaries, experience self-doubt and uncertainty, and feel disconnected from themselves. Rather than giving my clients answers, I help guide them to discover the truth and courage that lies within them, but is often covered up by their own adaptations to life and trauma. I strive to provide a warm, supportive, nonjudgmental, and authentic environment for my clients. I love supporting women wherever they are on their life's journey and specialize in helping women struggling with fertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy, postpartum, and early childhood parenting. I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, complex PTSD and developmental trauma, and relationship issues. I primarily use a collaborative person-centered approach and incorporate attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and somatic therapy. I am primarily informed by NARM to help clients unlock patterns they may be stuck in.
