About

I believe that therapy is all about unlocking the strength and potential that exists within each of us. As a counselor, my job is to motivate people to stand courageously in the truth of who they are. This principle guides the work I do with children, adults, couples, and families.

I serve clients utilizing Narrative, Play, and Expressive therapies. I work with children (2-17), adults, couples, families, and the LGBTQ+ population.

I know how difficult it can be to reach out for help. I'd love to speak with you more about how I can support you through your journey!
