Committing to time for your mental health or that of your family is a big step that shows strength and the beginning of a wonderful journey to change. I understand that it can be vulnerable and scary, which is why we will work at your pace and find solutions that make sense to you. This is YOUR journey, and I am along for the ride as a supportive guide, whether it is for you, your child, or your family. I chose to seek a career in mental health after 10 years of experience in the education field. Children and families need therapists who understand them and can help manage the ups and downs of changes in their lives. I see a need for therapists who understand children and want to provide parents and guardians support in behavior management, communication, childhood anxiety, positive discipline, self-esteem, coping skills, peer relationships, attachment, and trauma. I provide therapy for clients who are seeking help with anxiety, depression, ADHD & coping skills. Children and families are my passion and specialty. However, no matter whether you are a child, adolescent, or adult, the goal of our therapeutic work is to provide a trusting relationship that creates an environment for growth. My goal is for clients to leave a session feeling heard, cared for, and prioritized.
