Using these methods clients gently learn to stop avoiding, denying, and struggling with their inner emotions and, instead, accept that your deeper feelings are often valid responses. Navigating the complexities of unresolved trauma, stress, and the desire for both physical and emotional healing can understandably feel like an impossible task.
