I specialize in Developmental and Complex trauma, PTSD, attachment disruptions and relationship strain, mood dysregulation, and life transitions. I am a Level II Certified Trauma Professional, I also have Certifications in: Relationship Trauma Repair, Heart Centered Hypnotherapy, Lifespan Integration, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (ART) Accelerated Resolution Therapy, EMDR, Brain Spotting, NLP, Emotion Focused Couples & Gottman Certified Couples Therapy. I also do Exit counseling I believe secure connections with others form a strong antidote to depression and addictions. My focus in treatment is on healing emotional wounds, modifying limiting life scripts, skill building, education, enhancing the quality of relationships in my client's lives, and increasing their self efficacy and empowerment to live meaningful and fulfilling lives
