About

Hello! My name Is Adam. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Navy Veteran. When I was honorably discharged from the military, I felt a calling to continue to serve others through therapy. I've been working in the mental health field for the past 6 years. During that time, I have worked as an outpatient clinician at a Youth Service Bureau, where I primarily work with school aged children and their families. I also have had the privilege of working as a mobile crisis clinician, where I provide crisis stabilization for youth and families in crisis.

I specialize in working with children, teenagers and adults presenting with a variety of concerns: anxiety, school refusal, depression, suicidal ideation, family conflict, divorce, trauma, adjustment, and everyday stressors. I am a systemic thinker and utilize a Solution Focused approach, while meeting you where you are in your mental health journey.

Finding the right therapist can be difficult. I value your goals and opinions, and will work along side you as you embark on this journey. I hope you will reach out if you feel we may be a good fit. Lets talk about what is going on, and discuss the best way I can support you and your family.
