Thanks for your interest in seeking therapy with me. If you are tired of being stressed, sad, unhappy, unheard, confused and need a place to process and make sense of your experiences, I offer a supportive and non-judgmental space to talk and to be heard. To me, therapy is a collaborative effort where we engage in conversations about yourself and your life in order to help you cope, heal, improve, and understand--where you can work on being the better you that you want to be. I appreciate your desire to be vulnerable and reflective. I like working with college/graduate students and adults who are confronting a variety of life challenges. I will listen, reflect, and brainstorm with you. My style is welcoming & engaging, with curiosity and some humor. While searching for a therapist can sometimes feel daunting or overwhelming, once you find a good fit, it can be a rewarding experience. I value clients' differences and identities, strengths, and unique perspectives. I work with the whole person. Please feel free to contact me to discuss how I might help you live a more fulfilling life.
