Life has a way of throwing us curveballs. In times of difficulty we may cope in a way that inevitably makes things worse–shutting down, depending on vices, overworking, or neglecting our relationships–leaving us feeling somewhat hopeless. I would consider it a privilege to partner with you in restoring hope. I am passionate about helping individuals and couples through challenges including barriers to healthy communication, affair recovery, pornography and sexual addiction, in addition to other areas of concern. As a certified PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator, I am also ready to help pre-marital couples prepare for marriage and support couples seeking a “marriage tune-up.” As a therapist, I am easy going and approachable. I understand that all struggles are unique and they can affect us relationally, physically, mentally, and spiritually. I counsel using evidence-based theory, and I am happy to integrate faith into counseling upon request. I look forward to meeting you.
