I am glad you found me. You are not alone, nor do not have to journey through this next chapter alone. Life can be filled with seasons of suffering, pain and change that too often result in anxiety, depression, trauma, disconnection and isolation. All of us can face these seasons in life that are highly difficult, but within these experiences it is possible to find deep resilience, healing and growth. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples and families create a path forward towards the life and relationships that you envision with yourself, your partner or your family. I would love to join you in this. While I use a number of different experiential, relational and trauma-informed approaches tailored to individual context and need, I have spent over 10 years and 5000 hours of focused training and clinical supervision in the areas of Structural Family Therapy and Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy. Developing safety, trust and connection with your therapist is vital. I would be honored to create that meaningful relationship together. Understanding how our past and current contexts have shaped us, then allows us to target deep and experiential change in the here and now.
