In today's world, it's easy to feel disconnected – our friends, our loved ones, and even ourselves. I strive to create a warm and supportive space where you can rebuild meaningful relationships and reconnect with yourself. My approach is direct, open, and supportive to explore your thoughts, feelings, and relationships. I support individuals and couples in navigating and strengthening their relationships. My focus is re-establishing safety, processing trauma, building trust in yourself and improving communication within partnerships, friendships, and families. I support individuals and couples navigating the impacts of mental health, attachment wounds, and trauma. In therapy, we work together to cultivate essential skills: effective communication, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance. We'll also explore your inner world, fostering self-compassion and building trust in yourself using Internal Family Systems. As children, we develop coping strategies to navigate challenging situations. I hold great appreciation for these strategies that may have helped us survive in the past, but they might now be hindering our growth and impacting our relationships. In therapy, we can explore these patterns and learn new ways of being that promote connection and self-compassion.
