About

Are you interested in examining your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to make positive change? I am committed to providing a safe & affirming space to harness strengths, explore current patterns, & see where there could be space for growth. I have worked with individuals on the Autism Spectrum & those with depressive, anxious, & trauma-related symptoms. I acknowledge that treatment of these challenges is not "one size fits all", & pride myself on my experience working with folks in the LGBTQIA2S+ community, individuals in polyamorous relationships, & those with different health conditions & ability statuses.

Let's use growth & insight to identify strategies, tools, & practices you can use in your daily life. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, & Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques inform my practice. Interventions are tailored to the individual based on developmental levels, often involving art & play-based activities!

Sometimes we lose sight of what we want our lives to look like & feel too overwhelmed to take steps forward. Let's talk about your week, your relationships, & past experiences that impact you today. Let's be genuine & leave space for humor while we manage distress & enhance resiliency in the face of change. I look forward to working with you!
