I understand how difficult it can be to make the decision to reach out for support. I'm Abbey and looking forward to connecting with you to see if I am the right fit for your theraputic journey! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I have extensive experience working in school based and private practice settings. My approach as a therapist is to create a comfortable and safe envrionment where clients feel seen and heard without judgement. I want to understand what brought a client in at this point in their life. Together we will establish goals, identify strengths, and learn to implement techniques that are right for that client. My hope is to empower, support, and guide individuals through these sessions. If I'm not the right fit I will always support you in finding that person for you.
