The easiest way to book a consultation with me is through my website! As a queer woman with chronic illness myself, I understand the shattering feeling of having to continually pick up the pieces. I am not here to tell you how to feel, but to listen to your story and support you in the process of figuring out how to put those pieces back together. I enjoy working with neurodiverse clients that struggle with ADHD or Autism as well as people affected by chronic illnesses and disabilities. Being apart of the LGBTQ community I also have a passion for working with other LGBTQ people and clients that are in non-traditional relationships. Digging into difficult life experiences can be daunting, my goal is to make you feel at ease and to give you the tools to make it manageable. Using elements of traditional talk therapy, IFS/parts work, CBT, polyvagal theory, and mindfulness tactics I unearth the guilt, shame, and self doubt to help you live a life that feels more fulfilling and free. If you are struggling with anxiety, trauma, attachment wounds, relationship issues, ADHD, chronic illness, or general life stress, I want to help you find freedom, light, and self-acceptance. I will also be an ally who can stand by you in the shadows. Avoid the email/phone tag and schedule a consultation with me directly through my website!
