About

Do you struggle with challenges in your relationships, managing anxiety, or feeling disconnected from yourself? Are you overwhelmed, frustrated, or lost trying to keep up with life’s demands? Whether you’re a couple seeking to improve intimacy and resolve conflict, or an individual navigating personal struggles, I’m here to help. I use practical, evidence-based approaches to strengthen relationships and foster deeper understanding. For individuals, I focus on your unique challenges and strengths, guiding you toward self-awareness and lasting, meaningful change.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a special education teacher, where I had the privilege of supporting individuals on the autism spectrum and those with various disabilities. This experience taught me about patience, understanding, and meeting people where they are. I bring these insights into my therapy practice, offering a personalized approach.

My approach to counseling is warm, compassionate, and holistic. I believe in the powerful connection between mind and body and work to uncover your unique strengths. Together, we’ll focus on building meaningful relationships, healing past wounds, and helping you find a sense of peace and self-acceptance. I'm here to support you every step of the way!
