About

Curiosity, openness, and compassion are at the center of my therapeutic style. I work with people dealing with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, anger, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and grief. I will offer you a supportive space where hidden parts of yourself can surface. We will take a look at any feelings, conflicts, and desires that come up and try to understand how they relate to what you’re going through now. This process can lead to real and lasting change.

I believe that therapy unfolds in a unique way for each person. We will learn together what works best for you. My goal is to help you build self-awareness, shift old patterns, and figure out how to feel more alive. I bring attention to the ways in which society and systems shape who we are, and I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds.

I received my Masters in Mental Counseling from Brooklyn College and completed my clinical internship at the Training Institute for Mental Health, a psychoanalytic institute.
