About

I want to be most helpful to people in relationship with one another, whether that is in a family or a couple. Humans are relational beings and when our closest relationships are not healthy it can effect every aspect of our lives. I work with couples who want to find what was lost, repair deep pain or hurt, or learn how to better understand each other's needs and how to communicate with one another. I work with individual clients as well who want to learn more about themselves and how they can gain mastery over the circumstances of life that have weighed them down. We all want to feel seen and heard by our loved ones.

I offer emotional based therapy services for couples, families, and individuals. I believe that at our core, emotions are what help us understand the our environments and the impact they have. I utilize an integrated therapy model that pulls from Gottman foundationally with emotion based approaches to communication and understanding in a relationship.

I believe it is never too late to have hope for change and relief in our circumstances or relationships. I also understand that the step to reach out for help through counseling can be a difficult one, so I appreciate your courage in simply exploring counseling as an option. Allow me to listen and provide you with a space to explore and change.
